Referees - Spring 2009
Referee requirement for Spring Teams
JLYSSL requires each team to provide an adult referee which will do at
least 5 games during the spring soccer season which runs from March 28th
to May 30th, and at least 4 of those games need to served as Center referee.
Team Penalty
JLYSSL will fine the club (ie. MSC,ASC,PSC,RSC) $100 for each
spring 2009 soccer team that does not satistfy the team referee requirement.
The club will in turn fine the teams.
Time: 7pm to 10pm
Game Reporting
We will do a pilot test on the game reporting feature of MySoccerLeague. Since
we do not keep score in Spring, referee will report all game score as 1-0 in
favor of the home team. Referees will also report any red/yellow cards information
and game comments in there. If this is successful, we will get away from
mailing the Game Cards to the referee coordinator in the Fall soccer season.
